Beef lasagne – house made tomato sauce with pastured beef, fresh noodles, parmesan and mozzarella.
Chicken lasagne – our pastured chickens, mushroom, peppers, onions in a cream based sauce with fresh noodles.
Bake on a tray in a 350-375 degree oven, add parchment paper for easy clean up. From frozen 75-90 minutes, lasagne will be bubbly. For easy or serving, let sit for 10 minutes for cheese and sauce to firm up. 🙂
