Cooking Recommendations: 

Place sausage in an oven safe fry pan and place in an oven at 400 degree, oven for 20 minutes, reduce to 350 and cook through until hot, roughly an additional 20 minutes. Traditionally served with an onion gravy and mashed potatoes but is equally good put on a bun or served sliced with side dishes of choice.
