Pot Pie – Gluten Free


Place pie(s) on a baking tray, place in a 350 degree oven for up to 75 minutes from frozen, gravy will bubble out the vent when ready.

Not all ovens carry the same temperature, a thermometer will read at 165 degrees or so when complete. If cooking a thawed product, reduce time accordingly.

All hand pies and specialty pot pies (steak and kidney, toutiere, shaved turkey and pork) are made by special order, stock dictates availability. We endeavour to make them available by the weekend following order however you will receive an email. 🙂

Our pot pies are deep dish pies made by hand, no automation with pasture raised animals, except those made for our veggie loving friends who have come to us through our meat pie loving friends.

Chicken include potatoes, carrots, peas, corn, onions and spices in a homemade bone broth gravy.

Steak & Mushroom include potatoes, mushrooms, onions and spices in a homemade bone broth gravy.

Veggie include potatoes, red organic lentils, various beans, carrots, cauliflower, sweet potato, spinach, leeks, onion, celery and celeriac in a homemade vegetarian gravy. Some seasonal veggies may be added or removed but they will never be boring. (currently unavailable)

All pies are topped with a nice moist biscuit crust made with gluten free flour, butter, milk, gluten free baking powder and salt.

Beef and Steak & Kidney can be made by special order.

Steak & Kidney include kidney from pastured beef, potatoes, onions and spices in a homemade bone broth gravy.

Medium size only, feed two healthy appetites.
